We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover). At this time we are unable to accept credit card payments for billing addresses outside of North America.
We accept PayPal. This option is recommended if you are required to use a billing address outside of North America.
You can rest easy knowing our site is safe and secure. Your credit card information is transferred using the same 256-bit encryption and physical security that banks use.

You will not be charged customs or duties on your REZ Furniture order. Please call or e-mail us for any international purchase
We collect sales tax where we are required to by law, and as such the amount will vary depending on zip code or postal code. If your shipping address is changed after your order is placed, the difference in tax rate will need to be charged/refunded. Any applicable taxes will be clearly shown at checkout.
For our customers with tax-exempt status, please place your order on our site as usual. When you receive your order confirmation email, please reply with a photocopy/photo of your relevant certificates, forms and/or ID cards. Our payments team will analyze your documents and, if approved, will submit a refund for the taxes paid retroactively.
You will be charged for your order when you place it. If for any reason you decide to cancel before your order processes and ships, you’ll be refunded in full.
Stock is only reserved once payment is complete, so if you notice the order is showing as out of stock on your confirmation email someone else may have snapped up the last unit before you completed payment. Additionally, this applies to orders with products that are currently out of stock: payment indicates the item is reserved for you on the next available incoming shipment. You can always contact us to verify stock.
